The mobile magnetic field devices in the MGFE series are versatile systems for magnetizing and demagnetizing ferromagnetic machine parts. Their special feature is the high-precision demagnetization technology in which alternating field sine pulses are used. These pulses generate an efficient magnetic field in specially developed coils.
Flexible magnetic field cables are ideal for demagnetizing components or complete machines. These cables can either be wrapped around the parts to be treated or placed as a coil directly on the relevant surfaces. Thanks to the flexible design, even areas that are difficult to access can be reached effortlessly. In addition, several cables can be connected together to increase the overall length, the number of windings and the field strength generated.
In addition to the flexible magnetic field cables, coils from the SSM series can also be combined with the MGFE devices. For specific requirements, we develop custom-made products on request that are precisely tailored to the required dimensions, field strengths or magnetic field profiles.
We offer comprehensive training to ensure that the MGFE demagnetization system is used efficiently and correctly. This can be carried out either directly on site at the customer's premises or online via video conference. The training usually lasts one to two days and provides all the important knowledge for successful operation.

Technological functions:
- Demagnetization with low-frequency sinusoidal pulses and controlled field progression: The use of low-frequency sine pulses minimizes the formation of eddy currents, which enables deeper penetration into ferromagnetic material and increases the efficiency of demagnetization.
- Demagnetization by means of a sine pulse and adaptive frequency control: The progressive increase in frequency in the decay phase of the sine pulse ensures particularly effective demagnetization, especially for small to medium-sized components and on surfaces.
- Generation of a DC field with variable amplitude and polarity: This function enables a precisely defined magnetic flux and is ideal for magnetizing steel parts.
- Fine adjustment of magnetic symmetry: This function allows the magnetic field to be precisely adjusted at specific points on a steel part, such as the ends of a steel shaft, in order to achieve optimum results.
