Industrial demagnetizers
Our demagnetization systems are based on a modular system of demagnetization coils (SSM) and power modules (LM). Thanks to this flexible design, the systems can be optimally adapted to different requirements. They support both the pulse process and the continuous process. In special cases, both processes can even be combined, for example in the continuous pulse process, in which parts are continuously fed through the system and simultaneously demagnetized by pulses.

The power modules and demagnetizing coils are available in various sizes (see tables below for details). If no standard size fits, we are happy to develop customized solutions that are precisely tailored to your requirements.

Our modular demagnetization systems can be used for a wide range of applications, including the following:
- Demagnetization before cleaning: Parts in transport or washing baskets
- Preparation for test procedures: Components before eddy current testing
- Compliance with residual magnetism limits: components during production

Demagnetizing coils:
The copper windings of the demagnetizing coils are designed to ensure maximum field strength combined with a long service life. The coils are fully encapsulated, offer reliable electrical insulation and are protected against overheating with integrated temperature monitoring. The connection to the power module is made via cables that can be individually adapted to the required length.

The performance data (field strength, frequency, demagnetization process, etc.) of the systems are optimally determined on a project-specific basis.
Power modules:
The power modules contain all the essential components for generating the controlled alternating current required to operate the coils. To ensure long-term availability of spare parts, we rely exclusively on hardware from renowned electronics manufacturers. The electrical design, the development of the PLC programs and the precise parameterization of the power electronics are core competencies of Cestriom GmbH.
Our power modules are characterized by their easy maintenance and high availability. All relevant settings and parameters are stored completely digitally. This enables maintenance personnel to restore the demagnetizer's target status independently and easily after replacing core components. The control concept also supports modern remote maintenance solutions via the internet.
The modules are designed for both manual and automatic operation. In automatic mode, communication takes place via isolated 24V signals as standard; other communication options are available on request. The demagnetization parameters are controlled by the integrated controller and can be flexibly adjusted within a wide range if required.
